When you click on the SHUTDOWN button,
make sure to simultaneous press SHIFT Button.
If you hold the Shift key down while clicking on SHUTDOWN button,
you computer would restart without restarting the Computer.
This is equivalent to term "HOT REBOOT".Hows that?????
